Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a SITE SUPERVISOR for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6AM-2PM) to lead security teams across multiple sites. The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of security and supervisory experience, and reliable on-site presence.

Training will be provided; travel may be required. Pay rate is $23.50 per hour with full-time benefits including medical, life, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of verifiable security with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager and provide updates as required.
• Be reachable 24/7 and on-site during scheduled hours.
• Cover open positions during short staffing or emergencies, including nights and weekends.
• Administer guard management software and manage scheduling for multiple sites.
• Attend meetings with client, supervisors, and staff; maintain post instructions and records.
• Deliver training where applicable and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Travel to multiple locations for inspections and meetings; conduct interviews and hire staff.

Position Summary:

Security Engineers is actively seeking a SITE SUPERVISOR interested in a career in the private security industry. We are looking for an individual with integrity and a strong work ethic that wants to be part of and work in a team environment. Previous military, law enforcement and/or 3+ years of verifiable security with supervisory experience for priority hiring.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to Major Project Manager and Assistant Manager and provide updates and reports as required.
• Must be reachable 24/7
• Required to be on-site during scheduled hours.
• Ability, willingness and flexibility to cover open positions during short staffing or for emergency call offs outside of scheduled hours to include nights and weekends.
• Administers guard management software to all locations.
• Manage scheduling of employees for multiple sites.
• Attend regular/routine meetings with the client, supervisors, and subordinates.
• Maintains security post instructions and other required records.
• Deliver training where applicable.
• Ensure all security and safety equipment is in good working condition.
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations for inspections, walk-throughs, and meetings, etc.
• Conduct Interviews and hire employees.
• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by all assigned employees and give corrective action (On the Spot, PMRs, PIPs) where appropriate.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience Qualifications:

• Previous security experience (3+ years) preferred.
• Be able to verify/explain all gaps in employment and not have been terminated from previous employment for other than honorable circumstances.
• Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication.
• Have a high school education or suitable equivalent.
• Experience with Winteam Software preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Education Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Uncommon Physical Requirements:

• Perform routine lengthy foot patrols across varying terrain.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without assistance.
• Ability to step up and down from trucks to perform inspections.
• Ability to work in both indoors and outdoors environments.
