Exyte is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor / Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale, highly complex construction projects in the United States. The role emphasizes translating drawings, specs and codes into effective field execution while coordinating multiple trades and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Superintendent/Site Supervisor experience and a proven track record on multi-building facilities or major expansions.

Are you a hands-on construction leader who knows how to take complex projects from drawings and specifications to successful field execution?

We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Superintendent to join Exyte and lead field operations on large-scale, highly complex construction projects.

7+ years of Superintendent/Site Supervisor experience preferred

Multi-building construction & major facility expansions

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers & multiple trades

Drive project schedules and field execution

Work directly with project leadership and clients

Advanced Manufacturing

Other highly technical / mission-critical facilities

You’ll be responsible for translating drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements into effective field execution while coordinating multiple disciplines and keeping the project moving according to schedule.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, technically strong, and comfortable leading subcontractors and field teams.

You should be someone who can identify potential issues before they become schedule or execution problems.
