Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site Project Coordinator in the St. Louis market to oversee controls installations and upgrades.

You will coordinate day-to-day activities, align project plans, and work with multiple contractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of project coordination and site supervision experience in technical fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and a collaborative, safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree or an Equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, controls, construction, or a related technical field.
• Experience working on active job sites, coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and competing priorities.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $76,100-104,600 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
