In this on-site project leadership role, you will plan, execute, and complete control systems projects for assigned customers. You will coordinate technical delivery, customer communication, subcontractors, and project closeout while maintaining a strong balance between customer satisfaction, safety, and financial results.
Own outcomes with accountability by keeping scope, quality, schedule, cost, ethics, and safety aligned from kickoff through warranty.
Stay close to the work by using established standards for hardware design, software programming, installation coordination, and commissioning.
Remove obstacles quickly by evaluating change orders, client bulletins, field directives, schedule impacts, then communicating technical and business issues clearly.
Work as one team with customers, subcontractors, technicians, designers, and suppliers to keep project execution coordinated and dependable.
Improve every day by validating system performance, resolving issues early, maintaining accurate documentation, and sharing clear forecasts of revenue, costs, and gross margin.
Lead with integrity and safety by ensuring work is completed ethically, in compliance with requirements, and with a high degree of regard for employee and subcontractor safety.
The hiring salary range for this position is $102,000-$130,000, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, location, and market data.
