Role Overview

In this role, you will manage day-to-day onsite construction activity for a medium to large project, helping ensure scope, schedule, quality, and customer expectations stay aligned. You will work closely with subcontractors, project teams, commissioning partners, and customer personnel to keep the job moving forward and to support BAS controls, electrical, and mechanical system work from installation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program and assist with troubleshooting when needed to keep work progressing.
  • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities for the work being performed onsite.
  • Communicate with the project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.

  • Issue notices of non-compliance related to quality of work or scheduling.
  • Ensure deficiencies identified by the project team are corrected.
