Securitas US Business Unit in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Site Supervisor to help maintain a safe and secure environment for client sites. You will monitor premises, handle access control, and patrol multiple locations while enforcing site regulations and directives.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies. A high school diploma or GED is required, with willingness to participate in pre-employment

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and other personnel on one or more client posts; ensures post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with management and documents actions.
• Trains officers and reviews post orders and assignment details with team.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepares and submits reports, badges (access control), and other required documentation.
• Inspects posts and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.

Site Supervisor - Full Time

Primary Location: Jefferson City, MO

Wage: $19.50/HR

Schedule: Fri - Tues

The Site Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, creates badges (access control), and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Open availability preferred.
• Must be flexible and willing to work on short notice to cover call offs.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Must have great problem solving skills.
