Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Sullivan, Missouri to oversee Security Officers across client locations, ensure post orders are followed, conduct rounds, and file required reports to maintain a safe, secure environment.

You will coach and discipline staff, train officers, verify coverage, meet with client representatives, and provide reliable, professional service while upholding company values and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees to document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other personnel; reviews post orders and assignment details.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits reports as required.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks and responsibilities to subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer as needed.

Primary Location: Sullivan, MO

Wage: $19.50/HR

The Site Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, creates badges, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Open availability preferred.
• Must be flexible and willing to work on short notice to cover call offs.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid drivers license required.
