Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning technicians assigned to the facility.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and completion of assigned cleaning responsibilities.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to standards.
• Assist with training and coaching cleaning technicians on procedures, expectations, and safety.
• Ensure cleaning activities use proper cleaning agents, equipment, PPE, and safety procedures.
• Address service issues, staffing concerns, or operations problems with Spotless management.
• Assist with scheduling adjustments, replacements, call-offs, and unexpected situations.
• Use a smartphone/app for reporting, documentation, and proof of service as required.
• Maintain records related to inspections, staffing, service issues, and other info.
• Communicate professionally with management, team, and facility contacts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning, previous leadership experience, and a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and quality.
