Afognak Native Corporation seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance at Federal Facilities. You will direct O&M services, supervise staff, allocate resources, and ensure safety, quality and compliance with environmental and security requirements.
The role requires an Associate’s degree and at least 5 years in O&M or facilities management, including federal environments, plus a Secret clearance. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Position Summary:
The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at Federal Facilities. This individual ensures compliance with contract requirements and efficient use of resources, including personnel, tools, materials, and parts. The Site Supervisor has the authority to commit the Contractor’s labor force and resources as necessary to meet overall O&M responsibilities.
