Overview
The Mailroom Supervisor’s primary responsibility includes, but is not limited to, overseeing the daily operations of the mailroom and reporting staff, striving to meet or exceed customer expectations. The role requires a positive, professional, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven approach, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction.

- Supervise and coordinate daily office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage team performance through effective training, mentoring, and support.
- Ensure proper phone/email etiquette is practiced by all team members while managing incoming calls/emails.
- Assist in developing office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and project coordination.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and CBPS.
- Work with vendors to maintain equipment and ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and meet or exceed the requirements of all requests for mailroom services.
- Evaluate and ensure the quality and accuracy of all materials and completed requests.
- Coordinate and assist in interoffice duties, including drop box runs, rush pick-ups, sorting, delivering mail, and completed projects using manual and automated methods.
- Maintain accurate tracking of jobs, pick-ups/deliveries, and other documentation.
- Monitor and maintain supplies, noting when re-orders are needed.
- Prepare volume mailings, including folding items, inserting into envelopes, or operating automated equipment.
- Follow the schedule of designated mail runs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Proven experience in an administrative or supervisory role within an office setting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software applications.
