Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor for a full-time role in Nampa, ID. The position leads a security team on site, ensures adherence to post orders and Securitas protocols, and maintains thorough reports and incident logs.

The candidate will train officers, respond to incidents, and coordinate with management to ensure excellent service and safety at the site. A strong customer-service mindset and professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
• Advanced computer/technology skills needed.
• Strong communication, reporting, and organization skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills required.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
• Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation skills on site.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

Wage: $18.87/HR
Available Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm

What Your Day May Look Like

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
