Securitas USA is seeking a Site Supervisor in Cabool, MO to oversee Security Officers and daily posts, ensuring compliance with post orders and client requirements. The role involves coaching staff, training, and coordinating shift coverage, with a focus on delivering quality service at client sites.

Core duties include reporting, post inspections, and direct interaction with client representatives to maintain safety and security standards on site.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Security experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Must have good client relations skills.
• Must be able to cover calls offs.

Responsabilidades

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to client site posts and ensures post orders are followed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees and documents actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other staff; reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits reports as required.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to provide assurance that security requirements are met and service quality is maintained.
• Will be stationed in a guard shack and may perform Security Officer duties as needed.

Site Supervisor - Full Time
Primary Location: Cabool, MO
Wage: $15.50/HR
Day Shift: 40 Hours Per Week

• Mon - Fri: 0500 - 1300
• Occasionally 2nd Shift

The Site Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• Will be stationed in a guard shack.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
