Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage).
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings, plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project information timely and accurately to stakeholders.
• Develop plans for earthwork and pipe installation activities.
• Lead crews to execute safely, efficiently, and per project goals.
• Review time sheets and ensure correct time and quantities.
• Maintain Daily Activity Reports and project photos.
• Align manpower and equipment for optimal results.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project.
