Job summary

Steel Service Corporation seeks an experienced site coordination professional to manage day-to-day activities of site subcontractors and to schedule deliveries from the plant and vendors. You will relay information to the SSC Project Manager, investigate reported errors with erection subcontractors, and maintain daily logs of site activities.

You will review daily reports, ensure field drawings are current, and coordinate with general contractors and erection subcontractors to keep projects on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in construction trades.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Structural Steel Fabrication and/or Erection.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries from plant and vendors to ensure timely material arrivals.
• Attend and participate in job site meetings with SSC Project Manager.
• Produce daily site reports and logs.
• Review project status with general contractor and erection subcontractors.
• Ensure field use drawings are up to date for subcontractors.
• Decide daily delivery schedules to coordinate with site teams.
