Job summary

JRM Construction Management is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to oversee site activities. This role includes supervising trade personnel, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining the project schedule. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree and have a solid understanding of construction disciplines.

Key duties include preparing daily reports, attending project meetings, and ensuring risk controls. Candidates with OSHA certifications and knowledge of construction software will be preferred. This position offers a competitive salary and the chance to work within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Requires 10-Hour OSHA and 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate.
• NYC Buildings Construction Superintendent License is a plus.
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate is required.

• Coordinate all site construction activities and maintain project schedule.
• Supervise all trade personnel and ensure safety practices.
• Prepare daily construction reports and assist in monthly status report.
