The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience, with a familiarity with various construction disciplines and safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, scheduling, and maintaining project quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of various construction disciplines, union agreements, and safety regulations.
• NYC Construction Superintendent License is a plus.
• 10-Hour and 30-Hour OSHA Safety Certificates required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate site construction activities and maintain project quality.
• Assist in scheduling and safety program implementation.
• Oversee daily field operations to ensure safety and progress.
• Communicate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily reports and participation in team meetings.
