Qualifications

• NYC Construction Superintendent License is a plus.
• 10-Hour and 30-Hour OSHA Safety Certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site construction activities and maintain project quality.
• Assist in scheduling and safety program implementation.
• Oversee daily field operations to ensure safety and progress.
• Communicate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily reports and participation in team meetings.
