A construction management company is seeking Superintendents I and II for large site development projects in Sparks, NV. Candidates should have extensive construction management experience, with a focus on commercial/industrial projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction management or related experience for Superintendent I.
• Minimum 8 years construction management or related experience for Superintendent II.
• Must have commercial/industrial large site development experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement to ensure materials and inspections support schedule.
• Review construction documents and coordinate plans with design engineers.
• Develop and manage project schedule and site logistics plan.
• Coach and develop team members, conducting orientations and meetings.
• Provide high-level management of safety, quality, risk, and compliance.
