Job summary

SpawGlass is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on active job sites, delivering safe, high‑quality projects on schedule. You will coordinate subcontractors, run site meetings, enforce safety standards, and keep work moving in line with the project plan.

You will collaborate with project managers, foremen, trade partners, and inspectors to ensure drawings and specs are followed, track progress, and protect schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Field management experience on healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of means/methods, site logistics, and trade sequencing across scopes.
• Proven ability to run daily coordination meetings and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Reading drawings/specifications and handling RFIs, submittals, and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations on active job sites to deliver safe, high‑quality projects on schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, run site meetings, enforce safety and quality standards.
• Track progress, resolve field issues quickly, and communicate with project team to protect schedule and budget.
• Mentor assistant superintendents and support look‑ahead planning and continuous improvement.
