Job summary

Heritage Concrete Construction LLC is seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee field operations on concrete construction sites in Fort Pierce, FL. You will coordinate crews, schedules, materials, and safety to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The role requires hands-on leadership, close collaboration with the GC and trades, and strict adherence to project specifications and safety policies. This position offers growth within a faith-driven, community-focused company.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field operations on concrete construction sites.
• Ability to coordinate manpower, equipment, materials.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 4-week look-ahead; coordinate manpower, equipment, and material needs.
• Resource management: order materials, schedule concrete, pumps, and finishers.
• Crew oversight: communicate daily plans and ensure tools, materials, and safety supplies are available.
• Documentation: oversee daily reports, labor budgets, and timesheets; review for accuracy.
• Safety: conduct site safety walks and enforce safe work practices; report incidents.
• Quality control: inspect work for alignment and compliance with plans.
• Coordination: attend weekly GC meetings and coordinate with general contractor and trades.
• Be present at all concrete pours to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Inventory & policy: manage tool inventory and enforce schedules and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
