Heritage Concrete Construction LLC on the Fort Pierce, FL site is seeking a dedicated Laborer to support our project teams with hands-on tasks on site.

You will assist with site preparation, material handling, and general construction support under the guidance of foreman and superintendent, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.

Formación

• Experience performing physical labor on construction sites is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.
• Uphold safety standards and wear PPE as required.

Responsabilidades

• Site preparation: assist in setting up forms and related tasks.
• Material handling: load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support work: assist lead carpenter, foreman, or superintendent to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Jobsite maintenance: keep areas clean and organized.
• Safety compliance: wear PPE and report hazards.
• Other duties: perform additional tasks as directed.

A laborer supports projects by performing a variety of physical labor tasks. This includes assisting with site preparation, handling materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and following the direction of the site foreman and superintendent to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Key Requirements:

• Site Preparation: Assist in setting up forms and other related physical tasks.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Support Work: Perform general construction support activities as directed by the lead carpenter, foreman, or superintendent to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
• Jobsite Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Safety Compliance: Wear required PPE, report hazards, and follow all company safety rules and procedures.
