Job summary

Seretta Construction, Inc. seeks an on-site Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial construction operations in Orlando/Tampa, FL. You will supervise activities, manage schedules, ensure safety, and coordinate with project teams to deliver quality, timely results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in concrete construction, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans. Travel may be required; a related Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Experience with foundations, large slab pours, tilt-wall panels, and concrete paving.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience with field personnel and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and construction compliance.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as project needs require.
• Familiarity with construction technology and field equipment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Job description

We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee and manage on-site construction operations for a variety of high-profile commercial and industrial building projects. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with project teams to ensure quality and timely completion. The Superintendent will also be responsible for managing subcontractors, interpreting project plans, and addressing on-site challenges effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL or Tampa, FL.

Qualifications
