Cameo Consulting Group, LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Management Support Specialist to support the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Field Office, Site Stewardship Division (SSD).

This full-time position provides program and project management support for land management activities, environmental compliance, and the long-term stewardship of the Hanford Site. The selected candidate will help ensure that Site Stewardship Division activities are planned, coordinated, documented,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred in Natural Resources, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Land Use Planning, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in land management, land use planning, long-term stewardship, environmental governance, or regulatory strategy.
• Demonstrated working-level knowledge of the Hanford Site mission, land development policies, procedures, and related site activities.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Site Stewardship Division projects.
• Develop schedules, work plans, action-item lists, task trackers, and related project-management documentation.
• Coordinate with internal DOE organizations, SMEs, field personnel, contractors, and management to support program execution.
• Support land-management data, maps, files, records, and supporting documentation.
• Track project performance against schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist in developing performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Identify potential schedule delays, technical issues, or risks and communicate with leadership.
• Prepare weekly status reports to the Technical Monitor.
• Support implementation of Site Stewardship program requirements and procedures.
• Assist with land-use planning and land-access coordination, and related long-term stewardship activities.
• Prepare meeting materials and briefing documents.
