Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of related ops experience or
• Bachelor’s in a technical utility discipline with 2 years of ops experience.
• Experience using SAP for equipment maintenance and parts identification.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of all utility equipment to keep it safe and reliable.
• Directly manage maintenance staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot, and improve maintenance programs.
• Develop data-driven goals for reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain reports on time, materials and equipment use; coordinate on-call schedule.
• Support budgeting and development of maintenance budgets.
