Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Service Project Manager (SPM1) to support SPMs in managing service projects and learn site project management for TAS products.

You will work under an SPM2 and assist in all duties to ensure successful project completion. The role requires strong organizational and leadership potential, collaboration with engineering, purchasing, QA, and project management teams, and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent experience with modular equipment installation or service.
• Trade school or military training may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Support SPM1/2 duties and project management tasks.
• Review SORs with client site managers to prevent scope creep.
• Coordinate material shortages and sourcing during assembly.
• Assist with turnover readiness and sign-offs for shipping deviations.
• Plan, schedule, and track site activities across teams.
• Attend site progress meetings and CX site meetings.
• Ensure safety training and compliance on site.
• Travel to sites as needed.
