Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. in Houston seeks a Site Mechanical Superintendent to oversee all mechanical construction for TAS module installations. You will lead the site mechanical team, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with the Site Manager and QA/QC teams.

Travel nationwide may be required; you will manage budget and schedule, ensure current drawings are used, and promote best practices in safety and construction. This role aligns with TAS’s data center and industrial utility projects.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in mechanical construction and modular installation.
• Proven track record of collaborating with various construction disciplines.
• Ability to travel domestically on short notice.
• High energy, driven individual that communicates and interacts well in a team environment.
• Results oriented individual with good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical staff and coordinate daily tasks for the site mechanical team.
• Identify and hire contract mechanical employees as needed.
• Regularly report project status to Site Manager.
• Ensure up-to-date drawings and construction documents are used.
• Maintain records with Site QA/QC Leads and assist lessons learned.
