Locksmith Technicians are responsible for providing all aspects of lock & key services to all employees at all Raytheon Marlborough locations. Technicians may also be required to support Raytheon off-site locations, which may include travel. Additionally, technicians may need to respond to after-hours requests at any Marlborough location. You will also have opportunities to lead lock & key projects, collaborate with other security functions, and provide training to enhance enterprise security practices. You must be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.

What You Will Do

1. Change combinations, rekey safes, and repair various lock hardware.
2. Develop and maintain keying systems for all RTX-Raytheon buildings and keep accurate lock & key records.
3. Develop and deliver lock operation training to groups of various sizes.
4. Collaborate with security and facilities management to ensure compliance with NISPOM and other government standards.
5. Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet objectives both individually and as a team.
6. Prepare requisitions for locks and key materials.
7. Must be able to lift 60 pounds and work from ladders or elevated lifts.
8. Possess a valid driver’s license.
9. Achieve GSA Container Certification and Lock-Master’s LKM7000 and LKM10K Factory Certifications.

Qualifications You Must Have

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• AA/AS degree (or equivalent) with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

• Kaba Mas X-Series Factory Certification
• Lock Master’s LKM7000 and LKM10K Factory Certification

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $100,000 USD, based on experience and other factors.
