Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One or more: military service, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, minimum one year of supervisory security experience, or an associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Supervise quality of service and contract compliance through regular on-site inspections.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations.
