Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Fontana, California. The role covers the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for our client site.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance, ensuring quality service and efficient incident handling. The position requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their job performance for contract compliance during shifts.
• Perform payroll, review incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
