Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. currently seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at the Walkersville location. You will lead security officers, ensure staffing, and enforce site procedures and post orders, while coordinating with management and clients.

The role requires an active Maryland Guard Card, a clean driving record, and strong communication and reporting skills. This is a full-time first-shift position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Guard Card required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write clear, accurate, and concise reports.
• Ability to lead, coach, and communicate with security personnel and clients.
• Must complete required background screening and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations at the assigned location and ensure adherence to policies.
• Provide leadership and support to security personnel and maintain contact with management and clients.
• Supervise, support, and direct assigned Security Officers.
• Ensure adequate staffing and site coverage; manage call-offs and no-shows.
• Conduct site and officer inspections to ensure Post Orders and safety procedures.
• Monitor security operations, access control, and site activity.
• Identify and report security concerns and incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure proper notifications and follow-up.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate with security officers, management, and clients regarding operations.
• Assist with training, coaching, and performance management.
