Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be at least 21 years of age, or higher if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel assigned to the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their job performance during shifts.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend disciplinary actions or commendations for personnel.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Contribute to post orders and security land surveys.
