Job summary

North Wind Portage, Inc. in Moab, Utah, is seeking a Security Officer to provide physical protection and surveillance of assets, personnel, and operations at the Moab and Crescent Junction sites. The role includes access control, patrols, escort duties, and alarm reporting in compliance with UMTRA project security policies.

The position requires flexibility, overtime, weekend and night shifts, and the ability to obtain U.S. government clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in environments with extreme weather and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control at Moab/Crescent Junction sites.
• Provide point-of-contact support to train crew and notify project management of issues.
• Transport train crew on rail siding at Crescent Junction.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure doors and gates are secured.
• Inspect Crescent Junction water pond and report issues.
