Job summary

North Wind Portage, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Security Officer to protect assets, personnel, and operations at Moab and Crescent Junction sites. The role involves access control, patrols, escort duties, and alarm reporting in line with UMTRA project security policies.

Requires a High School Diploma and tolerance for variable weather. Willingness to work flexible hours, pass background/drug tests, and obtain a US government clearance if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in environments with extreme weather conditions and temperature extremes.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control by checking badge/ID at Moab and Crescent Junction sites.
• Provide training support and notify project management of issues.
• Transit train crew on rail siding at Crescent Junction.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure doors and gates are secured at day end.
• Inspect Crescent Junction water pond and report issues.
