Job summary

Utah Motorsports Campus is seeking an Overnight Security Officer for part-time, seasonal work. You will patrol facilities, manage access at entrances, and respond to alarms to keep employees, visitors, and property safe.

The role requires calm judgment, strong observation, and the ability to work independently across night shifts from June to October. A background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous security experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to ensure safety and security.
• Control access at entrances and verify identification.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Write detailed and accurate incident reports.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence.
• De-escalate conflicts when necessary.
