Responsibilities

1. Be trained in surveillance and construction trades to deter technical penetrations and prevent implanted devices.
2. Provide daily on-site support oversight of CST operations to ensure compliance with Construction Security Plans.
3. Conduct periodic security and quality inspections throughout the project, documenting deviations in Procore for resolution.
4. Coordinate with CST staff to assess and report anomalies and security incidents within 24 hours, including photographic documentation.
5. Provide weekly staffing schedules with a three-week outlook, detailing planned hours, workdays, staff, and secure construction activities.
6. Present a weekly PowerPoint with approximately 25 photographs showing construction progress, including a legend indicating photograph locations.
7. Upload daily CST/SSMs logs (access logs, equipment inspections, anomaly reports, incident reports, etc.) to the designated folder.

Requirements

1. Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience as an SSM.
3. Successful completion of the Department of State Construction Surveillance Technician (SE631) and SSM Training (SE-601) courses.

Employees may occasionally need to lift or move weights less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
