Position Overview

gTANGIBLE Corporation (gTC) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a registered Government contractor specializing in National Security Programs, Professional, Administrative, and Management Support, and Mission and Warfighter Support. We are seeking candidates for the position of Site Security Manager I in Clinton, UT, with a Top Secret/SCI and SAP clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee security aspects of project planning, design, and construction, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for facility accreditation.
2. Develop and implement security documentation including CVR, CSP, FFC, SOPs, and TEMPEST documentation.
3. Conduct security inspections and document violations or deviations, coordinating with construction firms and AO to mitigate security threats.
4. Ensure adherence to NISPOM, ICD, UFCs, and SAP policies, providing security oversight to associated staff.
5. Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and provide security input to ensure compliance with security standards.
6. Evaluate SCIF & SAP facility spaces for threats and vulnerabilities; brief personnel on security topics.
7. Develop accreditation documentation and ensure proper documentation throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of related experience or 5 years of experience without a degree.
• Relevant certifications such as SFPC, SAPPC, SPSC, SPIPC, PSC, ISOC, ATC, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with physical security, personnel management, or construction management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required safety and security courses within specified timeframes.

Desired Skills

• Industry-accepted Site Security Manager certification.
• Experience as a Construction Surveillance Technician or in Blueprint Reading.
