• 3–5 years of civilian law enforcement, private or corporate security experience or military service with honorable discharge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor security personnel to meet contract requirements.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, logs, and incident reviews.
• Monitor staff performance; conduct evaluations and discipline as needed.
