Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations and staffing.
• Ensure training, screening, and post orders are followed.
• Manage overtime and enforce contract compliance.
• Inspect staff performance and service quality regularly.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce disciplinary actions.
