Job summary

GDI, Inc. is hiring a Site Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation for a client facility in the United States, ensuring 100% sanitation and top training across three shifts.

You will design shift assignments, develop SOPs and MSS, manage payroll, generate reports, and participate in audits while driving continuous improvement to reduce cost and maintain quality and safety standards. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• USDA experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office and computer competency required.
• Ability to work weekends and different shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer, meet daily requests, prepare reports and participate in audits.
• Designate shift and area work assignments for proper, orderly execution.
• Develop and maintain project lists for crew.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to staff.
• Maintain records, reports and paperwork as needed.
• Oversee payroll and payroll reporting.
• Supervise sanitation employees across three shifts.
• Ensure highest sanitation, safety and quality for products.
• Monitor sanitation practices, processes and methods.
• Create SOPs and MSS (Master Sanitation Schedule).
• Attend meetings impacting sanitation planning and effectiveness.
• Support process improvements to optimize cost, quality and delivery.
