Qualifications

• Provide evidence of having completed a 30-Hour Construction Outreach Training Course, or its equivalent, within the last 3 years.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of qualified safety experience on similarly sized projects.
• OSHA 30 (US) completed in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement safety policies in compliance with regulations including OSHA and DOT.
• Conduct safety training for staff of over 300 employees.
• Work with Commercial Business Unit on best practice procedures and safety compliance.

What Can You Expect

• Works closely with our Project Teams and Executive Leadership to plan and implement safety policies in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including OSHA and DOT
• Plans and conducts safety training for our staff of over 300+ Employees
• Works with our Commercial Business Unit on best practice procedures and safety compliance

What You Bring to the Table

• Construction Safety and Health Technician (CHST)/Certified Safety Professional (CSP)/Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an EHS discipline/Graduate or Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)/Occupational Safety and Health Technologist (OHST)/Safety Trained Supervisor – Construction (STS-C)/Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
• Provide evidence of having completed a 3030‑Hour Construction Outreach Training Course, or its equivalent, within the last 3 years.
• Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of qualified safety experience on similarly sized projects of a similar type of construction & OSHA 30 (US) in the last 3 years.
• Strong Team Player
• Experience utilizing Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Procore, and other construction software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
