Apollo Mechanical has an immediate opening for a Site Safety Manager New Albany, OH. This position will coordinate and administer Site Safety Programs for compliance with federal, state, local and company safety and occupational health standards and procedures. This position will provide safety resource support for assigned operating units including training and permitting. Additional duties will include leading or participating in incident investigations, emergency response, conducting site inspections (track all corrective actions to closure), performing job safety analysis, maintain jobsite/specific documentation, and carrying out any additional assignments deemed appropriate by the Health & Safety Manager. They must provide overall Safety and Health Leadership to ensure all employees return ‘Home Safe’ each shift.

This position requires the development of a close and effective working relationship with the project team, including but not limited to frontline workers, field supervision and department management. The ideal candidate must have a strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing and demonstrate knowledge of risk, liability, and safety management.
