Responsibilities:

1. Perform safety inspections, safety assessments, and safety audits.
2. Conduct site safety orientation.
3. Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
4. Ensure compliance for the safety of site workers and the general public.

Qualifications:

1. NYC DOB Site Safety License.
2. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
3. Knowledge of OSHA-CFR 1926 “Construction Safety & Health”, the New York City Department of Buildings Construction Safety requirements, Chapter 33 and FDNY Code Chapter 14.
4. Accident investigation capabilities/experience.
5. Knowledgeable of various construction trades/skills.
6. Proficient in the use of MS Excel and basic Windows applications.
