Job summary

Trinity Search Group seeks a Site Safety Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX to support large-scale commercial construction projects. You will lead onsite safety initiatives, conduct daily inspections, and partner with project teams to ensure every worker returns home safely.

The role emphasizes safety culture, training, and collaboration with superintendents, owners, and subcontractors, with a clear path toward becoming Safety Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of construction safety experience with a commercial General Contractor preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Experience conducting safety orientations, inspections, and training.
• Strong understanding of OSHA standards and commercial construction safety practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Comfortable working in an active construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all onsite safety initiatives.
• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Partner with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct new hire orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training.
• Assist with incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Help develop project-specific safety plans for high-risk activities.
• Promote a culture built on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted safety resource for project teams throughout construction.
