Qualifications

• Electrical Construction Safety background preferred.
• OSHA 500, 510 or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive safety program for the project, including policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and evaluate safety program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and workers to foster a safety culture.
• Conduct safety training for workers and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain records of safety activities, injuries, training, and inspections.
• Coordinate with regulators to ensure permits and certifications are in place.
