Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Coordinator to conduct on-site safety inspections, deliver site-specific safety orientations and training, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence.

The role requires maintaining OSHA knowledge and regulatory compliance across projects. Ideal candidates have an Associate’s Degree in OHS or related field, CHST/OHST preferred, and 2–5 years of relevant safety experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• CHST or OHST certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevantexperience; others welcome.
• Proficiency with computers and testing equipment; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs documented job-site safety inspections and observations; reviews safety docs daily.
• Maintains inventory of safety supplies and manages Safety Data Sheets and onsite chemical inventory.
• Conducts site-specific safety orientations and training for Partners and temporaries.
• Investigates incidents and near misses; manages worker’s compensation case processes.
• Communicates hazards and safety concerns to site leadership and regulators as needed.
• Plans for upcoming scope of work with site leaders; helps develop safety policies; leads weekly safety meetings.
