Job summary

Amicus is seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across construction and facility operations projects throughout Colorado. This role requires a strong commitment to promoting a safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulations, and conducting site audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction, industrial, or facility safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 510, CHST, CSP, or ASP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Review safety plans, JHAs, permits, and risk assessments.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training initiatives.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
