Job summary

Trivent Safety Consulting seeks an experienced Site Safety Professional to own day-to-day safety on a large commercial construction project in Los Lunas, NM. You will be the go-to safety resource on the swing shift, partnering with field leaders and subcontractors to prevent incidents and drive proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities include inspections, audits, enforcing OSHA standards, delivering toolbox talks, and maintaining thorough safety records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience on large projects.
• OSHA 30 Certification with strong knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Clear, direct communication and leadership to influence teams.
• Preferred CHST or STSC certifications and solid documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety oversight on a large site in Los Lunas, NM during the swing shift.
• Conduct site inspections and audits, identify unsafe conditions, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and project safety policies across all trades and subcontractors.
• Plan toolbox talks, safety orientations, and daily safety briefings for crews.
• Support incident investigations and maintain safety documentation.
