Job summary

Trivent Safety Consulting is seeking a Site Safety Professional for a fixed-term W-2 assignment on a major construction project in Aurora, Colorado. You will lead daily safety activities, coach crews, and drive continuous improvement in jobsite safety over a 12+ month period.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30/500 certifications, CHST, and strong ability to influence safe behaviors in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction safety experience on large commercial projects.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 certifications; CHST or equivalent credential.
• Strong communication with field crews, subcontractors and management.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with project goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day jobsite safety operations with strong field presence.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits; drive corrective actions.
• Enforce OSHA standards and safety policies; coach crews and subcontractors.
• Lead toolbox talks, orientations, and daily safety briefings.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; implement corrective measures.
