Job summary

KS Staffing Group is hiring a Site Safety Representative for a data center construction project in Abilene, Texas. The role involves monitoring safety, conducting inspections, and communicating safety expectations to workers on a live construction site.

Requirements include OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications, plus on-site safety experience. Housing is provided; local position with no per diem. Must pass drug and alcohol screening and be able to work a project schedule.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• First Aid & CPR certification required.
• Previous construction or job-site safety experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
• Must be able to work in an active construction/data center environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily job-site safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA requirements.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Communicate safety expectations to employees and subcontractors.
• Assist with toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident reporting.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Help maintain a safe and compliant data center construction site.
• Report safety concerns and assist management with corrective actions.
