Crusoe is seeking a Project Safety Advisor to lead health, safety, and environmental programs for hyperscale data center construction projects in Abilene, Texas. Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy industrial construction safety.
• Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction or OSHA 510 certification.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Deep working knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and NFPA 70E.

Responsibilities

• Own site-wide HSE programs for hyperscale data center projects.
• Perform daily walkthroughs of high-risk activities including trenching, crane operations, scaffolding, and heavy equipment.
• Partner with prime contractors to ensure safety programs are implemented and deliverables met.
• Track incident rates, near misses, and leading safety indicators for continuous improvement.
• Lead safety oversight during transition to live power environments (UPS, switchgear, generators).
• Audit contractor safety programs and lead weekly safety leadership meetings.
• Establish emergency response plans, evacuation routes, and medical response procedures.
