Essel Environmental is hiring a Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO).
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects comply with local, state, and federal health and safety guidelines and procedures. You will ensure the safety of all employees, ensure all projects are up to code, and provide advice and recommendations for safety improvements.
Below is a list of SSHO responsibilities, but not limited to. They may have more duties depending on the project.
SSHO Qualifications / Requirements
The following are the most common qualifications required to be an SSHO; however, some projects may require additional qualifications. Proven experience with fall protection (including elevated platforms), scaffolding, steel erection, excavation, cranes, etc., is often necessary.
